Thanks to its high Alpine location Ochsengarten offers snow guarantee and unlimited winter fun right on your doorstep. Besides the Hochoetz ski area, which is directly and easily accessible, Ochsengarten boasts a free skibus shuttle service (15-minute ride) to the Kühtai ski area. Ochsengarten is a unique skiers' paradise far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
SUPER SKI PASS - A single ski pass gives unlimited accesss to no less than 220 kilometers of immaculate slopes and 60 state-of-the-art ski and mountain lifts. Skiers, snowboarders, fun sports enthusiasts are warmly invited to discover the marvelous ski areas of Kühtai, Hochoetz, Niederthai and Sölden 3, 6 or 10 days - according to your preferences!
OCHSENGARTEN WINTER PLEASURES
For all those who would like to enjoy their holidays at a more leisurely place we came up with a varied program: weekly night skiing (for free) at Balbach ski lift from December onwards, guided snowshoe hikes, taster ski mountaineering adventures and monthly ski races for guests (for free) followed by an entertaining Snow Festival.
Snowshoe Hiking: Equipped with headlamps, certified guides take you across the picture-book winter landscapes at night. Experience peace and silence in abundance! Feel the crunching snow under your feet and watch the glittering crystals under the starry sky. A truly memorable adventure for the whole family.
Ski Mountaineering: Winter holidays can be so varied! The lower Ötztal boasts an arry of wonderful ski mountaineering routes amid the scenic high Alpine areas.
